how we ship, when we ship, and what to expect.
PROCESSING TIME
orders are processed and produced within 5–7 business days of purchase.
dead skin club uses a print-on-demand production model — every order is
made after you order, not pulled from inventory. this means slightly
longer turnaround than fast fashion, and it's why we run as a drop
economy.
during the first 48 hours of a new vol., processing may take up to 10
business days. we don't apologize for this — it's part of the model.
you'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.

UNITED STATES
— standard: $6 flat. 7–12 business days after ship date.
— express: $25 flat. 3–5 business days after ship date.
— free standard shipping on orders $120 and up.
CANADA
— standard: $9 flat. 7–12 business days.
— express: $35 flat. 5–7 business days.
— free standard shipping on orders $120 and up.
UNITED KINGDOM
— standard: $7 flat. 6–10 business days.
— express: $14 flat. 3–5 business days.
— free standard shipping on orders $120 and up.
EUROPEAN UNION (Germany, France, Italy, and others)
— standard: $8 flat. 6–10 business days.

shipping times reflect transit only — production is separate and
listed above.
WHERE WE SHIP FROM
dead skin club uses a global production network. depending on the piece
and your location, your order may ship from china, the eu, or the us.
this is intentional. it lets us produce limited drops without holding
warehouse inventory. shipping times reflect actual transit, not
warehouse delays.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
import duties, vat, and customs fees are NOT included in shipping cost.
these are charged by your country's customs authority on arrival and
are your responsibility. we cannot estimate these in advance — contact
your local customs office for rates.
if a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid duties, we
cannot resend it without a new shipping charge.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.
tracking updates within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
if tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have it:
— check with neighbors, building staff, household members.
— check around your front door and any covered areas.
— wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before
they actually arrive.
— if it still hasn't shown up, email us at hello@deadskinclub.com
within 7 days and we'll help you file a carrier claim.
once tracking confirms delivery to your address, the order is
considered fulfilled. lost packages after that point are between you
and the carrier — but we'll help where we can.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
double-check your shipping address at checkout. once an order is
submitted, we have a 12-hour window to update the address before
production begins. after that, we can't modify shipping details.
if a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect
address, you'll need to pay a new shipping charge to have it resent.
no refunds for undeliverable orders.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
— damaged in transit: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
we'll replace at no charge.
— lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 14 days, email us.
we'll file a carrier claim and send a replacement once processed.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
during high-volume periods (november–december, major drop windows),
processing times may extend. specific cutoff dates for guaranteed
holiday delivery will be announced via email and on social before
the season.
we don't promise next-day, second-day, or guaranteed-date delivery
under any circumstances. once a package leaves us, transit time is in
the carrier's hands.
