RETURNS & REFUNDS

all sales final.

we run dead skin club as a drop economy. every vol. is limited. when a 
drop closes, it's in the vault — not available again, not restocked, 
not reproduced. that's the brand.

what this means for you: once you order, the piece is yours.

what we'll fix

— damaged or defective on arrival. email us within 7 days with a photo. 
we'll send a replacement, no questions asked, no return shipping needed.

— wrong item or wrong size shipped. our error. email us within 14 days. 
we'll send the correct one and tell you what to do with the wrong one.

— sizing didn't work out. email us within 14 days of delivery. if we 
have the size available in current inventory, we'll do a one-time 
exchange. you cover return shipping ($7 flat). once a vol. closes, 
sizing swaps aren't possible.

what we won't do

— refund a piece because you changed your mind.
— accept returns on items in the vault.
— accept worn, washed, or altered garments.
— offer partial refunds, store credit, or discount codes in place of 
returns.
