HOW LONG WILL MY APPAREL ARRIVE?
Apparel: Just like crafting the perfect skin regimen, creating your custom apparel takes a bit of time. Expect your items to be printed within 1-3 business days after you place your order. Shipping times then apply:
USA: 1-3 weeks to upgrade your wardrobe.
International: 2-4 weeks for your threads to travel the globe. Please be patient during high volume or special order times—it'll be worth the wait!
HOW DO I TRACK MY FASHIONABLE ORDER?
We’ll send you two emails: one confirming your order has been received and another when your order ships, complete with a tracking link. Can't find them? Check your spam folder just in case they got lost on the way to your inbox.
WHAT’S THE SCOOP ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Since every item is made just for you, we can only accept returns or exchanges for products that are misprinted, damaged, or incorrect. Please let us know within 6 weeks of receiving your order. For items lost in transit, contact us within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Due to our on-demand process, we generally don’t offer refunds unless we goofed. Double-check your order and sizing before checkout! Made a mistake? While we can't offer returns, we might be able to swing a discount on your next order if you contact us.
GOT A GUIDE FOR SIZES?
Absolutely! Check the size guide on each product page. Our apparel is designed to fit all, so take a peek to ensure you get the perfect fit for your chic esthetician wardrobe.
WILL I FACE ANY EXTRA CUSTOMS FEES?
Maybe. Import duties and taxes depend on your location and are the buyer’s responsibility. For our UK estheticians, keep in mind the HMRC import tax on orders over £135 post-Brexit.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE FOR MY SPA OR SALON?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Got cold feet? Contact us pronto! We’re speedy, but we’ll see if we can catch your order before it’s too late.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW APPAREL?
Treat it gently:
Wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
Stick with similar colors.
Tumble dry low or hang to dry for optimal care.
Iron on the reverse if necessary. Avoid ironing the print.
Skip the dry cleaner—these threads are low maintenance.
